The Congress Party will be a time for delegates to catch up with old friends and meet new ones in a unique Tropical marketplace. Be enticed by gourmet food and wine, waving palm trees and a picturesque sunset across the Coral Sea. This themed evening, designed exclusively for worldsleep07, will be the highlight of the social program, a real opportunity to experience the flavours, cultures, sights and sounds of Cairns and the best Australia has to offer. Upon entering the festival you will be entranced by a myriad of activities at the Outback Station, the Rainforest Retreat and the Reef Cocktail Lounge.

Outer Great Barrier Reef Cruise
12.30pm-6.30pm
Cruise departs from Reef Flat terminal at 1.00pm

Includes: Return catamaran cruise, snorkelling equipment, buffet lunch, semi submersible coral reef viewing, underwater observatory.

The beauty of the Great Barrier Reef is yours to experience when you cruise by luxury catamaran to the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef with an onboard informative presentation by a marine naturalist.The pontoon features undercover seating and tables to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, full bar facilities, a swimming enclosure for children, change rooms with freshwater showers, sundeck, and scuba diving facilities with semi-submerged platform.You will be able to snorkel and dive amongst some of the most spectacular coral gardens and marine life diversity on the Great Barrier Reef. Or if you choose to stay dry, you can still embrace the natural wonderland below in the underwater observatory and spacious, air-conditioned semi-submersible vessel or glass bottom boat.

Kuranda and Skyrail Tour

Includes return transfers and admission fee to Skyrail.

Transfer by coach to the village of Kuranda.Time at leisure to explore the quaint village with shops and markets displaying locally made products. Lunch at a local restaurant in Kuranda. After lunch join your coach transfer or take a short walk to the Skyrail Terminal to board the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, the world first in environmental tourism taking you on an amazing experience over Australia’s World Heritage listed Tropical Rainforest canopy and deep into the forest. The Skyrail experience, spanning 7.5kms over pristine rainforest, allows you to explore the wonders of an ancient tropical rainforest and learn about one of the most botanically fascinating and diverse areas on earth. Gliding just metres above the rainforest canopy in comfortable six-person gondola cabins, the Skyrail journey immerses you in an intimate rainforest experience where you’ll see, hear, smell and become part of the tropical rainforest environment. Alight at Skyrail’s two rainforest mid-stations, Red Peak and Barron Falls, where you’ll explore this amazing environment from the forest floor on boardwalks, scenic lookouts and in the state-of-the-art Rainforest Interpretation Centre.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventure
